This sauce has been around for over 50+ years. I first discovered it way back in the days when I was still a teenager in the mid 90’s. This popular taco joint in LA is known for its tenderness meat and unique red salsa. It soon became one of me and my friend's favorite go-to taco spot although the line was always long and the drive took a few minute longer than other local spots.  

Now many years has gone by, and I still often go to the same taco joint when I crave for that sauce they have. I later discovered that  one of our mutual friend was a chef working at the same restaurant. 

We sketched out a game plan and decided to open up another spot in Orange County. Within months, on March of 2020 Broadway Taco opened up and 15k Flava hotsauce was in the process of bottling.
